Motive Power that has visited the SDR

It has been a challenge to research the motive power that has visited the Dart Valley Railway and the South Devon Railway (between Signal E296 at Totnes and the buffer stops at Ashburton since 1965 until present.  Some have simply arrived for work to be done on them in the Workshops, and may have arrived and/or departed by road transport. We have shown some with dates alongside - in some cases these include arrival or departure dates, or the period in which they are known to have been on the SDR.   There is no claim that the following list is complete - but if you can assist in this area, please use the Contact Us link.
